Gonzalo Ovalles
Gonzalo Ovalles Minitab's Customer Success Manager, responsible for supporting the APAC region. With over ten years of experience in the financial services industry, Gonzalo is an expert in risk management and statistical modeling. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Statistics and a Master's degree in Finance, which have equipped him with a strong foundation in data analysis and financial principles. Gonzalo's passion lies in helping customers understand the power of statistical modeling using the complete suite of Minitab solutions. He excels at guiding clients through the modeling process and providing them with the tools they need to make informed decisions.
Michael White
Michael White is the Senior Partner Account Manager for the India and Southeast Asia market at Minitab, where he oversees the business development in the territories. He has over 20+ years of regional experience in driving the revenue in multiple global SaaS, software and telecommunications companies. He was also the MBA Advisor at the Thammsat University, advising masters students on business models and strategies. He formally graduated with BA in Political Science from the University of Victoria in Canada.
Dr. Anwar Fitranto
Dr. Anwar Fitrianto is one of a few handful Minitab Certified trainers in Asia and the Pacific region who has more than 4000 hours as a trainer for practitioners in more than 250 companies in Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia.
